Delivery Issues with More Snow but BIG fights back 

If you're lucky enough to be in the UK then you would know that last night brought about more snow in just about all of the country. While everyone rushed home fearful of being stuck for endless hours in traffic, at BIG we considered the very real problem of delivery issues. As it is, we were correct in being worried as many of us woke up to considerably iced up cars this morning. Not much of the snow has settled down in Teddington (although it is now snowing again) but in Ipswich it was a slightly different story, with many issues on the roads in the Norfolk and Suffolk areas. Obviously, we will be doing our absolute best to ensure our packages go out even earlier than usual so you can receive your badges!

Royal Mail instantly mailed us a statement explaining that there is a service disruption but they would be doing their best to deliver packages. Frankly it didn't really contain any kind of message we didn't expect! We'll let you know here as soon as we get any updates, and if it continues, remember to drive safely and be careful out there!

City-Link, the courier service we use, have currently halted ALL new deliveries to Scotland whilst they try and deal with their backlog. Be assured that we are hassling them daily to make sure our parcels are getting out to you, but we do apologise for anyone affected by the delays!
