CityLink Delivery Update
We got a service update from one of our main couriers, CityLink around lunchtime. The succinct version is that most places in the UK are 4 days behind in terms of delivery backlog. Some areas (Glenrothes, Maidstone South and Wimbledon) are 5 days behind! However, CityLink are on top of the situation and weather permitting expect to be right up to date again very shortly. Most areas still have delivery problems, but with the limited snowfall over the past day or two ice is generally the main obstacle.
BIG would also like to make it clear that we're doing everything we can to help and facilitate our packages being sent, and be assured that we're on the phone every day to make sure that our delayed parcels are at the top of the pile! We apologise for any inconvenience caused, just be thankful you're not stuck at an airport!
