Our BIG Admin Payment System allows you to pay for your name
badges or business cards on a monthly basis and is ideal for companies
who have slightly more complex internal billing procedures where cost
centres or branches need to be cross-charged for purchases.
No more having to try to keep track of who ordered what and when!
The BIG Admin System enables business cards and name badges to be
ordered via multiple locations whilst allowing you to maintain central
purchasing control.
Just like the Call-Off System, you get the price benefits of bulk
ordering your business cards or names badges, then having individual
sets of cards or name badges delivered to you as and when you need them –
at no extra charge.
Then, at the end of each month we send you just 1 invoice to process
and pay, complete with a detailed management report showing all orders
placed throughout that month (by cost centre, branch location or
department) plus delivery and personalised information.
The BIG Admin System has been designed to not only save you money,
but to reduce the time and administration typically involved in ordering
name badges for multiple cost centres.
